On Temporal Dynamics, Strategic Hrm, and Conducting Systematic Reviews

Speaker

Abstract

In this talk, I will focus on a recent systematic review on temporal dynamics in strategic human resource management (SHRM) research. However, rather than mainly presenting the paper itself and the results we found, the talk will cover the ‘back story’ behind this project. I will discuss for example why we decided to focus on temporal dynamics, how we approached the review, why we included both theory and methods, how addressing temporal dynamics can help to advance (SHRM) research, the choices we made, and dilemmas we faced along the way. Looking forward to the discussion!
