Do you recognize the feeling of constant pressure or urgency? Pressure of all those tasks breathing down your neck, as you’d rather push them off? And do you still find yourself picking up another task instead of what needs to be done NOW, even though you know it'll bring you a lot of stress?

Welcome to the world of procrastination.

Procrastination isn't necessarily a lack of planning skills or motivation; it's a complex interplay of psychological, emotional, and behavioral factors.

And yes, that's why it's not so easy to break the pattern of procrastination by yourself. In this training, you'll learn to understand and address the deeper layers of procrastination; from the neurological processes that control it to the emotional triggers that fuel it.
