Abstract
Erasmus University organizes a research conference with the principal objective of promoting research on credit markets and bringing together leading academics in the field. A special focus will be on the role and regulation of credit rating agencies. The program will consist of a keynote speech, a small number of paper presentations with designated discussants, a policy panel, and ample opportunity for discussion and interaction. A limited budget is available to cover travel and accommodation expenses of presenters and discussants. There are various travel connections making it possible to combine the conference with the European Finance Association Conference in Lugano, Switzerland.
