The global economic crisis is here. Policy makers and central banks are scrambling to rescue the collapsing financial sector; government intervention is both startling in scale and uncertain in effect; confidence and calm have evaporated in the markets ... the downturn in the economy seems unavoidable, out of control, and unpredictable. |
A new financial world order has arrived and has yet to be fully understood. Can we assess the far-reaching impact of the financial crisis? Has the crisis reached bottom? What will be the new boundary between markets and government as banking systems are partially nationalised in many western countries? What lessons can we learn from the recent events? |
Most importantly, what does the new financial world order mean for you and your investment strategy? |
Join our panel of experts at this roundtable discussion on the above topics. |
