The Purchasing & Supply Management group at RSM (PSM@RSM) aims to be recognised as one of the top centres in the world in terms of the quality of its research and teaching in Purchasing & Supply Management. Our research focuses on category sourcing strategies, healthcare procurement, buying business services, and governance mechanisms for interfirm relationship management. The research is executed in collaboration with other top schools around the world. Teaching is viewed as a core activity to develop, disseminate, and apply knowledge – our own and that of our students. As a group, we actively engage with various external partners, such as practitioners, professional associations, and other stakeholders. These include the Dutch professional association for purchasing NEVI, the academic association for purchasing and supply management IPSERA, and the Journal of Purchasing & Supply Management.
This year on the 1st of February (2018) Bunnik was the place where the “Nevi Zorgcongres” was hosted. The main theme during this event was called ‘’Human and technology: Impact within Healthcare’’ which had a sub-theme of ‘’’Developments of procurement within healthcare’’.
This year the Dutch “Dag van de Zorginkoop” was held on the 20th of March in the Galgenwaard in Utrecht.
On 16 -17 March 2018, the 3rd International Symposium on Attribution Theory was held at the School of Business and Industry of Florida A&M University. The purposes of this conference is to provide an in-depth forum for the discussion and dissemination of both theory and research describing the role and function of attribution in organization context.
