PhD Track Sharehouse: Human-Technology interaction in warehouse environments
Despite increased automation and robotization, humans play an essential role in modern logistics. At the same time, this influence of human behavior is underestimated in both academia and practice. Through realistic experiments and advanced analytical modeling, this research studies the impact of human behavior and robotization on productivity, quality, safety, and employee job satisfaction in warehousing processes.
