C.R. (Chandrika) Rathee

Chandrika Rathee is an Assistant Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). Her research focuses on the drivers and evaluations of novelty and innovation, particularly emphasizing who is better equipped to produce novelty and how it is evaluated. Her recent projects include exploring the social-cultural roots of novel and creative productions, theorizing co-creativity in the age of generative AI, and investigating how prior evaluations affect subsequent creations in creative contexts such as YouTube digital content creation. She is interested in how creativity and innovation are influenced by emerging technologies such as generative AI.
