NCA software update

A major change is that the software currently has the nca_outliers function that identifies possible outliers (cases that change the effect size when removed). Only a small selection of all cases are potential outliers, namely cases near the ceiling line (ceiling zone outliers) and cases the define the scope (scope outliers).

A detailed description of outliers in NCA can be found in chapter 3.7. of the advanced topics book of NCA. This chapter also explains outlier decision making after outliers are identified (with the nca_outliers function and a judgement by the researcher). At this moment we do not provide an outlier rule to avoid misuse and because any rule is arbitrary.
