NCA at AoM

Fifty people with different academic backgrounds attended the NCA Professional Development Workshop at the 78th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, Chicago, USA. Jan Dul introduced NCA, Henk van Rhee showed how necessity theories can be build using the example of the AMO model, and Stefan Breet applied NCA to emperically test a social network theory. He also demonstrated the new NCA software that includes NCA's statistical significance test. During the workshop the participants formulated potential necessary conditions in their field of research. During a social event for the NCA community, discussions on NCA continued in an informal atmosphere.
