NCA paper presented at Decision Sciences Institute annual meeting

During the annual meeting of the Decision Sciences Institute in Austin, Texas, USA, Fabian Nullmeier presented a paper co authored with Finn Wynstra about necessary conditions in designing and managing performance-based service contracts. They showed that performance measurement is necessary but not sufficient for high buyer satisfaction. The authors added necessary logic to Agency theory and Control theory.
