Organisations are in a constant state of change. This complex process involves multiple players, and can have a significant impact on both organisational performance and employee outcomes. In this research stream we examine the role of HR managers, consultants and leaders in the change management process. The insights that we draw from this research help us to develop an understanding of how change can be effectively managed in organisations. These insights are also put into practice through the education of managers, leaders and consultants through our MSc Organisational Change & Consulting.
