HR Centre welcomes the HR directors network

On 2 October, the Erasmus Centre for HR Excellence paid host to the VNO NCW West HR Directors Network. VNO NCW is the largest employer’s organisation in the Netherlands. The HR Directors Network includes senior HR professionals from the Rotterdam area. Dr Rebecca Hewett (Assistant Professor in HRM) presented an overview of RSM’s HR research, Pieter Kuijt (Director Business & Programme Development, RSM) discussed RSM’s executive education programmes, and Irene van der Veen (HR Director, RSM) talked about the HR challenges that RSM faces. Peter Bakker (Chair of the VNO NVW HR Directors Network) and Klaas Wassens (Director Business Development and Alliances) organised the event.

The Erasmus Centre for HR Excellence partners with HR professionals to bring research insights into the business environment.
