Dr Rebecca (Bex) Hewett, associate professor in the department of Organisation and Personnel Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) has been awarded the Bill Nobles Fellowship, which includes a $25,000 stipend to support her research. She joins a distinguished group of fellows at the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations in New Jersey, USA. One of 35 newly appointed fellows this year, Bex is part of a national programme that now includes over 200 fellows and faculty mentors across 80 institutions and many countries. The fellowship fosters collaboration between scholars in the social sciences and humanities.

Dr Colin Lee and his co-authors were awarded the Best Paper in Management Education and Development 2024 by the Management Education and Development division of the Academy of Management (AoM) for their paper on the Harmonized Appraisal (HAPP) assessment methodology. The award was announced at AoM’s Annual Meeting conference, which took place in Chicago in August 2024.
