Juliette C. F. Peterson

Ms. Juliette Peterson is a 4th generation member of the Peterson Control Union Group, an international firm founded in 1920 that specializes in the inspection and certification of food, animal feed, textiles, minerals, forest products, biomass, biofuels and oil and gas related equipment, as well as integrated 4PL logistics for these markets. She studied law at the University of Utrecht after passing her final exams at the Erasmiaans Gymnasium in Rotterdam. Her specialization was civil law and her Master’s thesis was on European Corporate law. She spent a gap year in India and Nepal, travelling and conducting charity work. Most recently, Ms. Peterson worked at ABN AMRO Bank for approximately 7 years. She started in Private Banking, focusing on investments, and switched later to the corporate side (Sector Advisory).  Along with her fellow 4th generation family firm members she is currently preparing for participation in the supervisory arm of the Peterson Control Union Group. In order to fully focus on the family business and her future responsibility she has recently decided to join the company.
